Exclusive mandate
An exclusive mandate entrusts the sale of a property to a single agency for an agreed period.
In return for this exclusivity, the agency invests more: presentation, wide advertising, buyer follow-up, regular reports. The property appears only once, at one price, which keeps it from looking like it is lingering on the market.
The contract sets the duration and the termination conditions. Check what happens if the owner finds a buyer themselves during that period.
