The website is freely accessible to any user with Internet access. Connection costs are borne by the user. The agency may suspend, restrict or modify all or part of the website, in particular for maintenance, without notice or compensation.

The website makes it possible in particular to browse properties for sale and for rent, save favourites, obtain an online valuation, chat with a conversational assistant, contact the agency or request a viewing, and subscribe to the newsletter.

Listings are published for information only, subject to availability, based on the information provided by owners. They have no contractual value and do not constitute an offer. Only documents signed between the parties are binding on them.

The valuation is calculated automatically from the information entered by the user and the market data available on the date of the request. It is indicative: it constitutes neither an appraisal, nor a professional opinion of value, nor an offer to purchase, and is not binding on the agency. Its accuracy depends on the accuracy of the information provided. A visit of the property by an agent makes it more accurate.

The valuation report is sent only once the user’s telephone number has been verified with a code sent by text message.

The website assistant answers automatically using an artificial intelligence system. Its answers, which are general and indicative, may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not constitute legal, tax or financial advice. They do not replace the opinion of an agent of the team. Users must not share sensitive data with it.

Favourites are stored only in the user’s browser and may be lost if its data is cleared. The newsletter is sent to people who requested it and confirmed their address; every issue includes an unsubscribe link.

Users undertake to provide accurate information, not to impersonate a third party and not to use the website for unlawful or abusive purposes, in particular by sending automated requests, systematically extracting its content or attempting to compromise its security.

The content of the website is protected by intellectual property law. Its reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the agency is prohibited, as stated in the legal notice.

The agency uses reasonable means to ensure the quality and availability of the website, without any obligation of result. It cannot be held liable for an interruption of the website, an error in a listing, use of the website contrary to these terms, or a decision taken solely on the basis of an online valuation or an answer from the assistant, except where its fault is proven.

Links to third-party websites are provided for information only. The agency has no control over these websites and accepts no liability for their content.

Data collected through the website is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.

The agency may change these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one online when the website is used; its update date is shown at the top of the page.

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. In the event of a dispute, users are invited to contact the agency first in order to seek an amicable solution. Consumers may also refer the matter free of charge to the National Consumer Mediation Service (mediateurconsommation.lu). Failing agreement, the courts of Luxembourg have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers.
